Project & Development Committee: Driving Growth, Transforming Ntumbaw

The Project & Development Committee of NTUCUDA is the engine behind the tangible growth and transformation of Ntumbaw. Our mission is to identify, plan, and execute projects that address the community’s pressing needs, foster sustainable development, and improve the quality of life for all Ntumbaw citizens.

Guided by NTUCUDA’s motto, Abi Yu Ngirr—Together is Strength—our committee thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared vision of a progressive and self-reliant Ntumbaw.

Our Mission

To implement impactful projects that enhance Ntumbaw’s infrastructure, empower its people, and lay the groundwork for long-term development and prosperity.

Core Objectives

1. Infrastructure Development:

  • Support income-generating projects that promote self-reliance and economic growth.
  • Collaborate with the Agriculture Committee to enhance agricultural productivity and value addition.

2. Empowering Local Economy:

  • Build and maintain critical infrastructure such as roads, bridges, community centers, schools, and health facilities.
  • Ensure that Ntumbaw’s physical development aligns with modern standards and the needs of the community.

3. Sustainable Development:

  • Champion projects that protect the environment and promote renewable energy solutions.
  • Ensure that all initiatives are designed with long-term sustainability in mind.

4. Community Engagement:

  • Involve community members in project planning and execution to ensure inclusivity and ownership.
  • Provide training and capacity-building opportunities to empower residents with new skills.

5. Fundraising and Partnerships:

  • Secure funding from local, national, and international partners to support development projects.
  • Collaborate with donors, NGOs, and stakeholders to bring resources and expertise to Ntumbaw.
